LEGO Disney 100th anniversary sets prices and release date confirmed

The LEGO Group has officially revealed three new LEGO Disney 100th anniversary sets, confirming their prices and release date.

2023 marks 100 years since brothers Walt and Roy O. Disney founded the Disney Brothers Studio (renamed to The Walt Disney Company in 1986). And the LEGO Group is celebrating the company’s centennial in a big way, through 40622 Disney 100th Celebration – available now at LEGO.com – and another three sets launching in April, all of which have now been officially unveiled.

Both 43212 Disney Celebration Train and 43217 ‘Up’ House have already been revealed by retailers jumping the gun, but this is our first official confirmation of how much they’ll cost and when we’ll be able to get our hands on them. It’s also our first look at 10998 3in1 Magical Castle, a brand new DUPLO Disney 100th anniversary set arriving alongside the other two models.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
